How much does shipping cost?

Nothing! We provide FREE shipping using ePackets with tracking.

How long is shipping?

Shipping times vary depending on your region and purchased item. It usually takes between 10-20 days after the order has been processed to ship an item within the USA.

How long is handling time?

We usually process orders between 1 to 3 business days after receiving full payment.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
Customer Care

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are always here to help. You can exchange or get a full refund 30 calendar days from the day you received your item for any unopened and unused items. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping when the product is not defective.

30 Day Return Policy

We have a strong 30 day return policy. You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your products as long as they were NOT used and remain in original packaging. Please note buyer will be responsible to pay for return shipping.

After 30 days had passed after receiving your item we will NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at support@dailygiftsmarts.com and let us know. We want to make sure our customers are happy.

Damaged Product

We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send an email to support@dailygiftsmarts.com within 30 days upon receiving the item. After 30 days we will NOT be able to refund any items.

Replacement

In the event where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@dailygiftsmarts.com. If the case is deemed valid, DailyGiftSmarts will cover related costs to reimburse.
